Big Bear TC's personal coaching service begins with a free running assessment. Based on the initial evaluation, a monthly training plan will then be designed specifically for the athletes needs. From here, the coach will discuss with the athlete why this specific plan was created, how the training is structured, and which personal coaching options to move forward with based on the interest of the athlete.

1-on-1 Coaching
Meet with athlete multiple times per week for training sessions.
Online Coaching
Talk online and over phone multiple times per week regarding training sessions.
Group Coaching
BBTC coach will host group training session twice a week depending on number of participants.
Personal Training Plan
Based on athletes needs and goals, monthly training plan will be written up.
Training Plan Evaluation
BBTC coach will evaluate your current training plan and give feed back and recommendation.
Coaching Education
BBTC coaches will come to your location and educate you on Multi Pace Training and talk about our experiences with Olympians Brenda Martinez & Boris Berian.
